1. Enter the workout that you want your athlete(s) to see. This can be entered manually, or copy/pasted from a spreadsheet. Multiple cells can be entered (ie an entire workout) while keeping the format.
2. Set the day and time and fill for the entire week.
3. Enter your athlete’s Gmail address. Or, you can enter yours/your gyms and embed the calendar on your own website.
4. When you click “Submit” your client receives the workout as a scheduled calendar event for the day and time you set.
Your client does not need to create a Schedule Your Strength account, or download a new app to receive your workouts, making it as simple as possible for them.
